Who we are and acceptance
NEXUS UK operates the NEXUS MC website, community services and Discord bot (together, the “Services”). By visiting the website, adding or using the bot, joining our Discord community or using a connected feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Server-specific gameplay and community rules also apply and form part of these Terms.
Eligibility
You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement and the minimum digital-consent age that applies where you live. The Services are not directed to children under 13.
If you use the Services on behalf of a Discord server or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms and grant the bot the requested permissions.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for your Minecraft and Discord accounts, activity performed through them and keeping your credentials secure. Never give a password, authentication token or one-time code to NEXUS UK staff or the bot.
We may limit or remove access when reasonably necessary to protect players, enforce community rules, investigate abuse or maintain the Services.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to break the law, Discord’s rules, Minecraft’s applicable terms or NEXUS MC community rules. This includes harassment, hateful conduct, threats, scams, malicious links, spam, impersonation, evading moderation, exploiting bugs, cheating, unauthorised automation, attempting to access restricted systems or interfering with the bot or website.
Do not submit passwords, tokens, payment-card details, sensitive personal information or unlawful content through bot commands, tickets or website features.
Discord bot
The bot may provide community, status, moderation, notification, voting, radio or Minecraft-connected features depending on the permissions and configuration enabled for a server. Administrators are responsible for choosing appropriate permissions and telling their members how the bot is used.
Commands, features and permission requirements may change. You may remove the bot from a server at any time through Discord. We may suspend a feature that is unsafe, abused, technically unavailable or no longer supported.
Minecraft services and public information
NEXUS MC may display Minecraft usernames, faction membership, rankings, balances, vote totals and server activity supplied by the game server. These records are game information and may change whenever the server synchronises.
Gameplay access, progress, virtual items, factions and rankings are not guaranteed to remain available permanently. We may reset, correct or remove game information when required for maintenance, fairness or rule enforcement.
Purchases and third-party services
Store transactions are handled by Tebex and are also governed by the terms and policies presented during checkout. NEXUS UK does not receive your complete payment-card details.
The Services may link to Discord, Tebex, Minecraft/Mojang, voting sites, the live map, radio services and other third parties. Their services are controlled by their own terms and privacy policies, and NEXUS UK is not responsible for third-party availability or content.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give NEXUS UK a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate, moderate and improve the Services. You confirm that you have the right to submit it.
We may remove content that violates these Terms, community rules, another person’s rights or applicable law.
Availability and changes
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, restarts, outages, platform changes and technical faults may interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, replace or discontinue features. Where a change materially affects users, we will take reasonable steps to announce it through the website or Discord.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the extent permitted by law, NEXUS UK is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of game progress, virtual items, data, profits, opportunity or reputation arising from use or unavailability of the Services. These Services are primarily provided for community and recreational use.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the website or bot at any time. Discord server administrators may remove the bot. NEXUS UK may suspend or terminate access for rule violations, security risks, legal requirements, platform enforcement or serious disruption of the community.
Terms that by their nature should continue—including ownership, liability and dispute provisions—survive termination.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If consumer law in your country gives you mandatory rights, these Terms do not take those rights away.
